Evaluation + Consultation

To schedule, select the number of children to be evaluated.

Note: Children do not need to be at the meeting, but they are always welcomed.

This includes a Zoom meeting to review your child's Language Arts and Math work samples. It will be an opportunity for you to address any questions or concerns. Holly will provide personalized resources, expert guidance for the upcoming year. Additionally, she will provide the Proof of Progress letter required for your school district. 

You will receive an emailed link to upload work samples to Holly. Please send 24 hours prior to the meeting so she has time to review them.

Work Sample Breakdown (18 Total):

• Beginning of Year: 3 Language Arts + 3 Math

• Middle of Year: 3 Language Arts + 3 Math

• End of Year: 3 Language Arts + 3 Math​

• Online Programs: If your child uses an online curriculum, a screenshot of their final grades or a transcript counts as your full submission.

1 Child: $85

2 Children: $150

3 Children: $200

4 Children: $250

(plus processing fee)

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your session at no extra cost.
