Work Sample Breakdown (18 Total):

• Beginning of Year: 3 Language Arts + 3 Math

• Middle of Year: 3 Language Arts + 3 Math

• End of Year: 3 Language Arts + 3 Math​

• Online Programs: If your child uses an online curriculum, a screenshot of their final grades or a transcript counts as your full submission.

• Submission: You will receive a secure upload link via email to submit your child's work samples.

• Cost: $60 per student evaluation (plus processing fee)
